To avoid delays in the exchange process please send back all the accessories your unit came with. Example: Tracker, Dongle, Usb etc. If any components are missing, the warranty will be void.
When your completed *exchange request is processed, you will receive an RMA # with the address to return your defective unit to via the email you provided.
