Please follow the Instructions below to ensure a timely replacement of your defective product.

  1. Select the products manufacturer at the bottom of this page - you will be connected to the appropriate exchange form to complete.
  2. If you have purchased more than one item please note which item you are beginning a claim for in the notes section.
  3. When we receive your request, we will review it to verify that A) all of the fields have been completed and B) that you are within the allotted warranty period.
  4. If you have met the conditions listed above - you can expect to receive an approval within 24-48 business hours.
  5. Once your exchange has been approved, you will be emailed with an RMA# and shipping instructions. We do not provide postage paid shipping labels.
  6. You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your product back to us with all of it’s components and viable tracking within 10 days of receipt of your RMA.
  7. Once received, we will inspect your return to make sure all of the components are present, assuming they are, your replacement will be processed and you will be updated with tracking within 48-72 hours.
Note: Failing to comply with any of the conditions outlined above may result in the denial of your claim at any time.
